It is a vibrant nutritional formula containing 22 ingredients including concentrated extracts from 3 fruits, 4 vegetables, 6 herbs and spices, 3 seaweeds, 2 freshwater plants, 2 grass juices and flower pollens.

Each daily serving gives you: 2% Chlorophyll, 93% RDA Vitamin C and a good range of organic trace elements, bioactive enzymes, fibre and phytonutrients including anthocyanins, flavonoids and sulphorophanes. ORAC μM TE = 1540 per daily serving. ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) is the antioxidant capacity. We need about 3000 μM TE per day which is approximately the amount that you will get in five decent sized servings of fruit and vegetables.

Directions: Take 3 capsules 2 times a day with some water or Pukka Organic Aloe Vera Juice before food or between meals.
